ABOUT US

We were the Hart & Rushmoor Branch of the National Autistic Society from March 2007 until March 2014. In order to allow us to support more families who have a child or young person with an additional need in the North East Hampshire and surrounding areas we became an independent charity, The-Zone! in April 2014.

What we do hasn't changed much - we will still run Zone-In! and Zone-Out! events, we still produce a regular newsletter and run a closed Facebook group, but we also hope that we will be able to provide more support and fun for families.

We moved to a new location in November 2017 and are now based within the grounds of Grange Community Junior School in Farnborough, where we meet for fun sessions - take a look at our Events page for more details of our next meet-up.

We are run by parents and carers who volunteer to support other families in the area so that they are able to find the information, advice and support they need to make coping with daily life less of a challenge.

We need you to tell us what you would like us to do or try to provide - if you used to come along but stopped, let us know why and we may be able to help. If our sessions aren't suitable for your child, contact us and we can try to find something that is.
